Just as you were able to set aside periods for the whole school in the Periods screen, here you are able to reserve periods for a single grade or a range of grades. Note that no teachers are assigned to these activities.

To add in a reservation click on the Grade From text box. A list of grades will appear on the right. Click on the required grade which will transfer to the text box. The cursor will move to the next text box. In this way you will be able to specify a range of grades and a range of periods. Finally type in a short description for the activity and click on the Add button.

In a manner similar to the earlier screens you will be able to add, alter or remove entries. You can also repeat an entry by clicking on a line in the list and clicking on the Repeat button.
