Using Help you can display the Getting Started screen which explains the toolbar buttons and what they do. These will be investigated in more detail in the following tabs.
The save button causes data to be saved.
Reserved periods can be defined for each grade individually.
The Cancel button causes all data that was visible at the last save to be restored.
Subject choices and teachers are entered in the screens accessed by this button.
The Print button causes the data displayed to be printed.
Override the placement of teachers or classes in the school cycle.
The Print Preview button allows a preview of the data to be printed.
Check the workload of each teacher.
The Help button causes Help on the current screen to be displayed.
Completed timetables may be viewed and printed.
The Periods screen is where you define your school cycle, periods per day, days per week, breaks and fixed periods.
In the event teachers are absent, provide a Relief Schedule.
Enter your classrooms, giving each one a unique identification.
If you require individual timetables per pupil, enter your pupil data here.
Enter your teachers, giving each teacher a unique identification.
Plan combinations which allow all pupils' subject choices to be accommodated.
Define all available subjects, giving each one a unique identification.
Close the program
Define your school grades and all register classes in each grade.
Return to the previous screen.
