The program handles up to 15 grades (or age groups), a school cycle of up to 14 days, 20 classes per grade, 20 subjects per class, 300 teachers. More than enough capacity for the average school. Subjects can be taught by class, or classes can split and join up with other classes, allowing a choice of subjects to pupils.
The program helps you to construct your school timetable. Simply specify the classes and teachers and which subjects they will teach and for how many periods, and the program will do the rest. You can request double or triple periods. You can override the normal operation of the program by specifying mandatory placements. You can reserve certain periods for specific classes. You can specify which classrooms are available to individual or groups of teachers. You can fix certain classrooms to particular subjects.
The resulting timetable can be viewed or printed by class, by teacher, by room, by pupil or by day. Individual subjects or rooms may be amended.

In the event of teachers being absent, a facility exists to print a schedule of Relief teachers.
If pupil subject choices are entered, timetables can be printed for individual pupils. Also, a powerful Planning feature helps you arrange subjects into combinations to ensure that all pupil subject choices can be met.
